This is DEFINITELY a slim fit. It is true to size but expect it to be fitted pretty tightly on your arms and chest. The material is some kind of stretchy woven knit but thin so good for wearing out and not sweating but because of the slim fit, the tighter arms, I would never risk a golf swing in this for fear of hulking out of the seams.
