Added this to my evening Magnesium Glycinate about 2 or 3 weeks ago. My difficulty getting a full nights sleep gradually started to improve. I am now averaging 7 or more hours straight, up from 2.5 - 3hrs. Waking feeling refreshed and more alert, not tired and groggy now. No more mid morning slump. I have always been physically active until the years of unconsciously favoring my left leg after breaking my right leg in several places ...twice when I was younger began to take a toll on my flexibility. Starting gradually in my mid sixties until now at 68, the list of immobility problems had become very annoying. So, this improvement is is most exciting! My thanks to Teraputics Pure Life for making an excellent product!
