Mit im Set enthalten sind zwei Halteklammern, mit denen das Grillgut flexibel und sicher am Spie befestigt werden kann. Wenn man schwieriges bzw. empfindliches Grillgut wie beispielsweise eine Forelle grillen mchte, kann man es zustzlich mit Zahnstochern oder einer Rouladennadel am Spie fixieren.
