AUSBAU: Alle Trauben wurden nach Herkunft und Rebsorte getrennt gelesen und auf der Maische vergoren. Der Ausbau erfolgt in franzsischen Eichenbarriques (10 Prozent neues Holz) und kleinen Hogsheads aus amerikanischer Eiche
