Geduldig im Holz gereift. Trocken mit frischer Sure und Lebendigkeit. Schmeckt nach Gelbfruchtig mit roten Pausbacken lacht er einen aus dem Kelche an. Gelbe und rote reife pfel mischen sich mit Mispeln und Mirabellen, kruterwrzig unterlegt von Noten nach Salbei und Kerbel
