Schalen schnitzenHandwerklich hergestellte Schalen sind blicherweise gedrechselt aber nicht notwendigerweise. Es ist eine alte Tradition, sie per Hand zu schnitzen, aus frischem Holz. Dabei geht es offensichtlich nicht um Effizienz, sondern um die Leidenschaft, mit Holz zu arbeiten. Bei kaum einer Bearbeitungstechnik ist man dem Werkstoff Holz so nah wie beim Schnitzen. These are the terrible. They keep falling down. The bottom part doesn't stay tight so it keeps turning making it in possible to stay standing. Its the absolute worst!
