This is my 2nd one, which was bought for my mom's dogs. They absolutely love it when they come to my house. I live that they have to get their nose off the floor to figure it out and that there are more than 1 tube that they have to flip (think about). My only thumbs down isn't a big deal but would be the hard base. The treats fling off this base and can end up anywhere in the room. I think if it wasn't so hard, they wouldn't have to walk away from the activity or have to fight over who get the "reward" (It's usually the other dog waiting to chase where they fly off to). It doesn't flip over unless they run into it which doesn't happen often, although our dogs are all under 15 lbs. Imnsure if a bigger dog were to use this, it wouldn't stand up well and may break. It was easy to put together, and functions very well. Our dogs think this is the most fun toy out of all the interactive togs we have (which is A LOT).

My very smart dog figured it out in a few seconds so I use treats that are only a little smaller than the holes to make it more challenging. She doesn’t play with toys like my other dogs so I do make an effort to offer her other outlets to get energy out. I have another dog that finds it challenging, but enjoys it, so I use smaller treats for her to make it easier. I have another dog that has a low tolerance for challenges and walks away from it or tries to chew through it- so I think the level 2 rating is fair as every dog is different! Love this interactive toy! I purchased this for our 4 month old husky, looking for something to keep her entertained, and I was not let down! In the beginning, it took her a few good minutes to figure it out, and about a week later, she gets it done in about 2 minutes.
