Sold in pairs, including screws, sealed washers, and retractable ventilation grilles. The parts are delivered raw, as they come out of the printer. They still need to be sanded primed and painted.

These are sturdy and thick. They held a steak and baked potato tonight just fine - did this to try sturdiness and leak. It is one of the best paper plates I've found, so I highly recommend. I got the blue pattern and they're beautiful. By the way, these are big paper plates, not the little thin ones-- sturdy.
