Broadway Limited HO GP30 Diesel BNSF #2815/H3 Swoosh/DCC ReadyThe EMD GP30 is a 4 axle diesel electric locomotive built by General Motors Electro Motive Division between July 1961 and November 1963. A total of 948 units were built for railroads in the United States and Canada. The GP30's were designed to compete with GE's U25B. The U25B offered 2500 horsepower, while the existing EMD GP20 was only rated at 2,000 hp. The EMD's engineering department ended up using a 16 cylinder 567D3 engine that produced 2250 hp

When I received the item, it was in bubble wrap and taped. It's like a spider's nest, so the item is safe during delivery. It is attached to the tree by a screw. The golden appearance and the patterns cut within the work look good. My only dislike about the item is that it accidentally poked my sister's thumb because some of the ends of the tree branches are not smooth out. Stability is good. However, I do think the screw loosens over time. It's heavy enough to keep itself in place. For what you're getting, it is decent for the price.
