With aromatic floral spice of blossom and quince, the palate is slippery and luscious. Created from the Peglidis vineyard, the hand picked fruit is handled oxidatively in the winery and is fermented 100% with indigenous yeast in twelve year old French oak barriques and left to sit on lees in oak for 3 months with regular
