The only way it seems to resolve this is to return the item which after drilling holes in my wall, I really do not want to, I just wish there was a way to get a working spray bottle as that was part of the appeal, but again there is no way to contact them. I do really like the paper towel holder part of this. Nice and sturdy, holds a big roll of towels no problem. The sprayer on the other hand is terrible. It doesn’t spring up after a spray. I have to smack the bottom for the sprayer to pop back up. All I put in it was name brand glass spray, so it’s not like I put in a thick liquid.
