The pad is glued to the squab frame and then needs to be trimmed to follow the outer edge of the frame. The white wadding material is then laid over this edge and softens the edge of the pad before the seat cover is fitted. I bought these treats for my beagle/chihuahua mix. He's smaller than a beagle but definitely bigger than a chihuahua so they are the perfect size.
