The only thing that isn't perfect, and I didn't take any off on my stars for, is that the frother is plastic. I may have to buy another one, since it seems that there is no spare pitcher available to buy. Two pitchers would be very handy.

It does not--it heats the almond milk but does not froth it. It did froth 2% cow's milk I served a visitor, but I won't use cow's milk. I missed the return date by 1 day, or it would have been returned this product for a full refund. If you want to froth plant/ nut milk, don't waste your $$$.
