When folded, the table becomes rectangular in shape and can be pushed up against a wall to save space. The tables extension hardware is safe and easy to use. Latches secure the drop leaf panels when folded and the rotatable surface firmly locks them when extended.

I bought the two pack of these to organize a drawer with a bunch of my stuff that was just too cluttered for my liking. I may be mildly ocd. They really improved things.
