Using the foldover closure: look for the JENNY BIRD logo on the flat bar. On one side, youll see a hinge, on the other side, youll see a tab. Gently pull the tab upward to open. To close, thread the tab closure through the opening and press firmly. You will hear it click into place. silver dipped brass finish: high polish faceted cable link chain

Nice fit, quality look good too.

Just installed in a 2006 4Runner. Can’t speak to exact filter partials or longevity, but what I can’t say is that it fits very well and looks to be made very well. It actually fits better than the Bosh filters I normally use. Has a nice foam seal around all 4 edges and fits in the tray perfectly. Seem to be a nice option. So if you have a 03-09 4Runner it’s going to work well. Here’s some pictures of this filter (the blue one) next to a Bosh filter I removed. Also a picture with it in the factory tray.
