Made from a heavy duty 10 12mm thick felt and cut to shape. Please note, that if you have no original underlay in the vehicle, you will need the deluxe version of this kit. The product was in great shape when delivered. Even though the package was thin as it is the delivery was made with card and all was well with product. The instructions were good to use and change in my car. Also it showed the make of vehicle so I won’t be confused at all. Overall it was a great buy
