He has been documenting the status and development of East German cities since the 1970s. Advertised as 4" high/wide, but really they are 4-3/16" high. More drawers where just over 4" in clearance and these would not let the drawer to close. So I cut them down on end side to get them below 4". Now they work fine. Not super tight when put in a drawer that is 19-1/4" in depth, but stay in place when items are added. I gave this 3 stars because of the misleading measurement. Not stated anywhere that these are designed in USA, BUT made in China, this is on the box they came in.
