This 19th century brooch is in incredible condition and depicts a lady with an large hairdo with a floral headpiece. The central panel is hand painted but the material is unknown as it is behind glass. The brooch is richly gilded on top of a gold base. It was hard to test the brooch's gold content without damaging the gilding but we positively acid tested for
