Yes, these are "old lady" boxers, but you can't beat the comfort and the fact that they are all cotton with covered elastic. I usually wear a 7 in Hanes, etc. Large (or ex lg if you want them looser) fit me fine. They looked small out of the package, and even smaller after washing, but still fit.
