It is missing the straps, but it does have the replacement filters, the original cleaning cloth and the spring retainer clip for the cloth. The filter is actually still plugged to keep it fresh. The mask is a size 3. The rubber is still very flexible, but it wants to assume a slightly crumpled form as it has been in the can for a long time.

Yes, it leaves a white cast, but it isn’t as thick and sticky as most out there. Very few ingredients makes me happy. I’ve tried mineral sunscreens with all zinc and they feel smothering, and like velvet everything sticks to the face. This one, with smaller amounts of zinc and titanium is better. It will pill if you use too much and rub too vigorously.
