Fatsia polycarpa 'Green Fingers', 4LFatsia polycarpa Green Fingers gets its name from its elegant green finger like leaves. It is an extraordinarily handsome foliage plant; its large evergreen leaves are matt green (not as glossy as Fatsia japonica) and deeply lobed. In addition, in the autumn it produces clusters of small, white flowers that are attractive to late pollinators, followed by small black berries in spring.

For some reason my son started doing the duck walk at school and while performing this little trick for his classmates he ripped the rubber that wraps over top the toe. Now, instead of being glued up and into place, its basically sagging down. Thankfully that's the only thing that's gone wrong with these and honestly this sort of wear and tear is not typical. What I would say is that if your child is rough on shoes, I would pass on these. They are very nice, very light weight and are great for school. However, due to the design, they might not best good for some kids. In terms of sizing and comfort, my son wears a 5 and these fit him very well. He has wide feet like his dad, and these don't bother him at all. He's says they're very comfortable and does enjoy wearing them.
