Cut sizes are measured before dyeing and some fabrics do shrink up during the dye process. Giving 5 stars but really it's more of a 4.5 stars. It's great size & drains well. It easily holds a good size bottle of soap plus several sponges and a dish rag. My only complaint is the front rail to hold the rag was made to be removable but doesn't lock in place ot just rests there so it's forever falling off when you grab the rag. Out does slide back on super easy but it gets annoying after awhile. Other then that, great product.
