This thing is awesome. The pillow case is super soft too. You do need to let it unfold and air it out a bit, it’s present but not overwhelming but I think that applies to similar products. I use it when I lounge in bed. I have a king-size bed. I put it under my knees when I lay down and lay back, propped up a bit to watch movies. It’s perfect.

The pillow comes shrink-wrapped into an unbelievably small size, so there's little chance of getting it back in the box once opened. It does puff up to full size in just a matter of a couple minutes. Great purchase.
