The book can be described as concise, well-structured (being constant throughout its entirety), and quite graphic, aside from the prestigious drawings from Dr. Frank H. I recommend this book for anyone who wants to have good knowledge of infectious diseases, without having to go to the more expensive authoritative source (Mandell, Douglas and Bennett's Principles and Practice of Infectious Diseases 9th Ed.), which is also mentioned in the preface.
