Aluminium Primer Two Pack Acid Etch PrimerTwo Pack Etching Alumiuium Primer A two pack etching aluminium primer formulated to provide maximum adhesion to metal surfaces, in particular those considered to be difficult, including sheet aluminium and extrusion. The base consists of a polyvinyl butyral resin pigmented with modified zinc phosphates. When this is mixed with the phosphoric acid based catalyst, the resulting primer provides an anti corrosive primer which etches into the mild steel

Good stuff. I did a lot of work on my 91 Toyota Land Cruiser 3FE. I did the inside and outside doors, as well as the under-hood area, with some extra work. I like this stuff. It sticks down good but you have to clean your surface so there's a good grip. I think these are going to do well for noise cancellation. The deadening material does well with absorbing vibrations too. But the install roller tools it will come in handy. Trust me trying to do it by hand is not worth it.
