This is from the Sur la Fort single site, and has been farmed organically and biodynamically for over a decade. The soils here are limestone and Kimmerigian and show a nice precise style throughout. The nose opens with a light touch of fruit with wet stone and a light lemon. On the palate this shows some sunshine
