Magic Maze TowerMagic Maze Tower is a new standalone game in the universe of the Magic Maze range. The adventures of the dwarf, the elf, the barbarian and the magician at the mall were a failure and our (brave) adventurers find themselves prisoners of a tower, or rather, of a high security prison. Not good, poor quality from Eufy products
I bought this as a last try to fix my unit.
I wanted to share my experience with the Eufy S1 Pro after owning two units.
Unfortunately, both units had serious issues.
The first one developed multiple problems within less than a year:
Dirty water tank issues
Mop roller lifting motor malfunction
Loud and abnormal noise during dust collection
Eventually stopped working completely
Despite that, I decided to give it another try and purchased a second unit, planning to reuse parts from the first one if needed.
However, the second unit failed even faster. After around 2 months, it stopped performing dust suction from the robot to the base station.
At this point, I cannot recommend this product. The reliability has been very poor in my experience, especially considering the price.
On a positive note, customer support has been responsive and helpful, but unfortunately, the product quality itself did not meet expectations.
