Fromms was the first mass produced condom manufacturer in the world (production starting in 1919). In fact, the name "Fromm" became synonymous with "condom" in Germany. I like it, it works. However it is a bit heavy on the handle side. You think somebody like maestri house would get it correct. Could have used heavier metal on the measuring cup. Anyways I keep it it's nice.
