These panels use the distinctive '1290' grain material which we believe were only ever originally during the MKIII period but of course can be fitted with the oval speedo binnacle. They can be quite difficult to fit around the binnacle as they are curved into position and held in place by the material flap behind the draught excluder

Cheap but pretty tuff. No it isn't my old tried and true Timex but is does wear well and servives even at work.
