These just require the spring steel clip portion. These were used on my reproduction Gebirgsjager ruck sack straps that I made a very long time ago. My daughter had a friend having a unicorn and dragon themed birthday party, so of course we picked up this one and Unicorns Are The Worst for the birthday girl.
