This happens on all engines and is even worse with forced inducted vehicles (supercharged and turbocharged) as crankcase pressures are increased. Not durable at all!

I have a 25 lb terrier that tore this into six pieces in about 8 minutes. They're big ones are durable but this one is horrible. Do not get this if your dog likes to chew on things.
